Cancel Order by customer For Magento® 2 Extension allow customer to cancel order from front end
Installation:
1) Copy this module in code directory.
2) run setup upgrade command- php bin/magento setup:upgrade
3) Run deploy command- php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
4) Delete cache - php bin/magento cache:flush
How to use it:
1) After installtion login to the customer account.
2) Click on “My Order” tab.
3) Under Actions coloumn “Cancel Order” link will appear.
4) Customer can cancel their order by using this link.
Admin:
1) Admin can click on “Bluethink Cancel order” from menu.
2) Admin can view see the customer name, customer email, order id, and reason to cancel the order.
